Ordering & Delivery - Info
Ordering at Floramunda shopping centre is easy. Just follow these seven simple steps:
1. Select language
2. Choose the country where your flowers are to be delivered.
3. Choose your flower gift from the selection of bouquets and arrangements.
4. Choose the price category and the delivery date.
5. Enter the address of the order recipient and don't forget your message.
6. Enter your personal information.
7. You will receive an order confirmation on your screen by clicking "purchase".
We will retransmit your order to a florist. We remain at your complete disposal for any additional questions you might have concerning your flower order or any other information you require.
To process your order on time and without any delay, please make sure you follow these steps with respect to the recipient's address:
* For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible.The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital.
* For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc.).The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.
Prices
As one might expect, flower prices naturally fluctuate according to season and region. The price of our bouquets and arrangements is therefore based on the day’s price of the florist shop arranging the delivery.
The prices given include the florist’s local delivery charge and local VAT or sales tax.
Our uniform worldwide service charge is EUR 9.00 (depending on the daily currency exchange rate).
If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers without any reason, the full charges are due, and will be billed by our florist.
How will the charge show up on my credit card statement?
The charge for your order will be shown on your billing statement as "Floramunda Flower Delivery"
When will my card be charged
Your credit card will be charged right after the payment.
Delivery
Thanks to our worldwide marketplace we can deliver your order within hours anywhere in the world! Due to the various time zones & public business hours in individual countries, same day delivery on the date of your order can only be guaranteed under the following conditions:
* The acceptance of your order can be seen individually depending upon receiving-country under holidays and office hours.
* We cannot guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoons or on Sundays and public holidays. Campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports are not guaranteed delivery addresses.
Correctness of the delivery address
Please check carefully that the delivery address, including local telephone number, is complete and correct. We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. To ensure that the florist is able to deliver on time, the following additional information, if available, is, moreover, very helpful:
* For hospital deliveries, the ward, room number or maiden name if recipient gave birth to a baby. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital.
* For hotel deliveries, the room number and the name under which the addressee is registered (e.g. group, Mr. and Mrs., etc.). The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.
Order Confirmation
For every order placed, you will receive by email an order confirmation within a few minutes including your order number and detailed information of the purchased product. If you have mentioned your correct email address on the order form, item selected, purchase price, delivery date and the addresses of the sender and recipient will be part of our confirmation.
Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is for our affiliated Florist very important. The guarantee assures you that all orders are handled by experts and are of first-rate quality. All flower arrangements will be fresh and delivered personally.
Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists.
We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of specific flowers at every florist shop worldwide, especially if orders are received at short notice.
A bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every bouquet is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in one of our premium shops, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture.
We guarantee the conscientious fulfilment of every order. Our guarantee comprises:
* delivery of the ordered product by the florist
* in fresh and perfect condition
* on the requested date
Nevertheless, should there be any complaint, the addressee can of course contact the delivering florist. The latter guarantees the delivered product for at least two days - 48 hours after delivery - with respect to quality, and will replace the product with another one if the flowers or plants that are the subject of any claim are returned to the shop within this period.
All orders are handled and processed exclusively by members of our organization.
Needless to say, all information required to process your order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Delivery Date
As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date.
Exceptions:
* We are usually not permitted to deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
* 14 February - St. Valentine's Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines Day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered early or after Valentine's Day, subject to fresh flower availability.
* Orders for Mother's Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday after.
* Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 - 3 days prior to the requested delivery date.
Guarantee time for orders throughout the world
Thanks to our unique worldwide marketplace, we can deliver to the addressee within hours anywhere in the world! Please take into account time zone differences and:
* We do not have any deliver time guarantee, unless for funeral and weddings.
* The latest acceptance time of your order can be seen individually for each country of delivery under holidays and office hours.
* We are unable to guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or public holidays. Camping grounds, military bases, ships, harbours and airports are not guaranteed delivery addresses.
* Many shops close one day during the week, or can have regional holidays. In such periods delivereries are not possible and can't be guaranteed. Deliveries in such cases will be made when the shop re-opens.

Cancellation / Refunds
Flower orders can be cancelled up to two working days before the delivery date by giving details of the order number.
